Reuniting one of our young people with our team

We often take young people to new places, whether they are cities, towns, or the mountains. Occasionally, a young person may get separated from their group. All our members will carry a ‘help card’ with instructions on what to do if they become separated and a phone number to contact our team.

Current trips we are on include:

  • Scouts – London – July 22
    • Trip Manager – Alex, +44 7583495949

What to do if you find one of our members

If you find one of the members, please ask them for their safety card. On the red side of the card will be the contact details of several of our team, including the trip manager whose details are above. Please contact the trip manager and the numbers on the card in the first instance. Sending a message will also be helpful in case the signal is intermittent. All our leaders are also on Whatsapp.

No Answer?

If you do not get an answer, you can also contact our Group Manager, who will have our specific schedule and can help reunite the young person with the team on the trip.

Still can’t contact us?

Please call 999 and ask for the police. Then report you have found a lost young person who is on a trip with a youth group. Please provide the details below:

  • Name and contact number of the trip manager which is above.
  • Other contact numbers on the young persons ‘help card’
  • The contact information for our group manager is: Richard Powell, +44 7970 206833

Then follow all instructions by the police who will coordinate everything else.
